Dairy Day @ Clay County Fair

On September 13, Dairy Day at the Clay County Fair unfolded under beautiful skies, celebrating all things dairy with fun and educational activities.

The highlight was the youth program, where third and fourth graders engaged in ag-citing and Ci-citing, exploring the world of dairy. Fairgoers enjoyed the Iowa State Extension's smoothie bike, pedaling their way to delicious, healthy smoothies. Inflatable cows added a playful touch, filling the day with laughter.

We were also blessed to have Dairy royalty with us throughout the day.

Dairy Day was a wonderful celebration of our dairy heritage, bringing the community together for a memorable event! Thank you to all of our volunteers and sponsors to make this event possible!
